The Futsal Champions Series will be introduction a promotion and relegation system this coming year. FCS will field three different divisions in each series. The first division will be labeled "Championship". This division will feature some of the teams from the past two years that have performed in the middle to the top in the series. The second division will be labeled, "Premier". This division will feature some of the teams from the first two years of the series that have consistently performed at bottom of the table in the FCS plus a couple new teams that have applied to the series. The third division will be labeled "Local". This division will feature men's teams, local futsal teams, and other teams that might usually compete in a recreational league or competitive local league that are interested in competing in the Champions Series with the opportunity to move up the ranks in the series system.
